Welcome. I’m a lawyer, doctor of psychology and certified coach specialising in psychological resilience and wellbeing. I help people through training and coaching, both of which can be transformative in overcoming bad times and finding ways to flourish in life.
Training courses
Over one thousand lawyers have successfully completed my evidence-based resilience course, Psychological Survival Skills. It’s designed to help people deal with adverse situations, understand stress and burnout and develop physiological, cognitive, emotional and behavioural skills.
I’ve now created a course reflecting the other side of the resilience coin – Psychological Wellbeing. The uplifting elements of this are focused on the aspects of life which create a sense of purpose, meaning and self-transcendence.
Coaching programmes
Many organisations use coaches to provide invaluable support to their employees. In my coaching, we explore deeper concepts such as meaning, purpose in life and the psychology of the soul – the existential concerns of humanity. This leads not only to greater understanding of our selves but also to the enrichment of life.
